Shipping & delivery

Every order is cut by hand at our Egmore studio before it ships, so there is a short preparation window before your fabric leaves us. Here is exactly what to expect.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from our studio at Montieth Road, Egmore, Chennai. Multi-metre orders are cut as a single continuous piece wherever the roll allows.

In rare cases there may be a delay due to courier restrictions in certain zones. If that happens we will tell you on WhatsApp rather than leave you guessing.

Shipping cost

Free shipping across India on orders above ₹999. Below that, the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across India for orders under ₹10,000. Above that we ask for a small advance to confirm the order, since the fabric is cut specially for you. Prepaid orders — UPI, card or net-banking — get priority dispatch.

Collect from the studio

You are welcome to skip delivery entirely and collect your order from the Egmore studio — no shipping charge, and you get to see and feel the fabric before you take it. Message us on WhatsApp when you order and we will keep it ready at the counter.
